Meat Manager

The Moscow Food Co-op seeks a manager to oversee the operations of the Meat Department, including supervision of the meat staff, while meeting goals for sales, margin, labor, quality and customer service.  The Meat Manager is responsible for maintaining meat programs and managing all activities of the department including selling and service management, merchandising and business management, product handling and presentation, scheduling, ordering, receiving, and inventory control to company standards.  This position will assist the Store Manager and the GM in achievement of strategic

The Moscow Food Co-op seeks a manager to maintain and oversee the marketing department, including community engagement, public relations, participation, and owner services; cultivate the Co-op’s identity and presence in the surrounding communities through brand management; promote ownership and owner satisfaction; and advance the Co-op’s purpose, mission, and strategic plan through enhanced education and outreach, relationship building, and communication.  Assists the General Manager in meeting strategic goals and ends policies set by the Board of Directors.

Assistant/General Manager

The Bexley Natural Market, a cooperative grocery, is searching for a new General Manager to lead the co-op into a new era in providing healthy food to the community.

The right candidate will serve as assistant manager, learning the business until the current GM retires in the second half of 2018.

This is a full-time, salaried position (terms negotiable). The General Manager reports to our board of directors.

About the Bexley Natural Market 

Deli Manager

Purpose:     To select, price and display products in Deli, Food Service, Cheese & Meat and to supervise department staff to meet objectives for sales, margin and customer service.  The Deli Manager is directly responsible and accountable for the successful operations of the Deli Department.

 

Status:        Reports to General Manager, supervises Deli staff, and may supervise worker owners

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUPERVISION & LEADERSHIP

Operations Manager

Purpose:  To ensure the physical plant and equipment of the store is in good working order and maintained regularly. To supervise store staff and operations to optimize sales, customer service, safety and efficiency. To Supervise the Operations team.

Status:  Reports to Store Manager.  Supervises Operations Team

Pay Level  IX,  exempt

Job Description

Meat and Seafood Manager

 

Purpose: Lead department staff, manage product and finances, and follow Seward Co-op processes in support of Seward Co-op Ends and department goals. Support the growth of the Co-op through participation on the Franklin Store Management team.

 

Status: Full Time, reports to Franklin Store Manager. Supervises Production Supervisors
