What began as a humble buying club more than 30 years ago has grown into one of the most successful natural food co-ops in the State. With a true community focus, the Co-op stocks its shelves with delicious foods from hundreds of local and regional farms and producers and offers free and low-cost wellness programs and food events that attract thousands of attendees annually.

Produce Manager

Rising Tide Community Market is seeking a Produce Manager. The ideal candidate is creative, responsible, and is a good communicator. This individual is responsible for all aspects of department operations including profitability, inventory control, buying, merchandising, and leading staff. The Produce Manager works directly with local farmers and national distributors.

Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

Rising Tide Community Market is seeking a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to lead in-store branding initiatives, promote our co-op’s values in the community, and to manage our advertising and educational components. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a proponent of cooperative values, and is able to work collaboratively as well as independently. This individual works with our membership and the department managers and must be able to see the bigger picture while paying attention to details.

We have over $22 million in sales, 230 staff members, and over 10,000 owner-members.

Kitchen Supervisor

We are looking for a talented, people and service oriented culinarian experienced in management and leadership to join our Deli staff. Applicants should have open availability, including nights and weekends, have professional cooking/baking experience, be well acquainted with all aspects of management, and be willing to grow with and support the needs of the staff and company.
