The South Store Grocery Department is looking for a dependable and motivated individual with a positive attitude to lead the grocery team. The ideal candidate will have previous grocery management experience, strong communication skills and an excellent proven ability for problem solving and delegation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop, train and lead their team to achieve established department goals. A background in natural foods is preferred.

KCFC is a startup retail food cooperative seeking an experienced, dynamic leader to be our General Manager (GM). The GM will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for the overall operations of a retail grocery store and a cafe equipped with a liquor license. The initial responsibilities will focus on preparations for the Co-op’s grand opening and creating a diverse customer base capable of supporting the projected first year sales of $1.5 million.
