We are looking for a person with a background in baking and a passion for bread. This person would be offered 30-40 hours per week working at BreadHive, a wholesale bakery located on the West Side of Buffalo. We are a rapidly-growing, worker-owned long ferment bread bakery that opened April 2014.
This person’s responsibility would be assisting in production: mixing, shaping, and baking bread, bagels, granola, and pretzels. They would also be expected to help with the sale of products through the takeout window during production.
