Recent years have seen a growing need for new and better ways of doing business, working productively, and addressing poverty, unemployment, and other consequences of a declining economy. Carolina Common Enterprise organized in 2012 to meet these needs through fostering cooperative enterprise and community development.

Food Co-op Friends and Scholars

This Group provides a home for food co-op fans that participated in the former general listserve but don't have a current formal relationship with a CGN member.  Great for emeirtus directors, scholars, and other fans fo food co-ops that want to participate in CGN's General Discussion Group.

NCBA offers a wide variety of programs and services to its members and the cooperative community. In the continued pursuit to protect cooperatives, NCBA is an active entity on Capitol Hill to lobby on issue of importance for all cooperatives.

Founded in 1916, NCBA's mission is to develop, advance and protect cooperative businesses and to demonstrate the power of the cooperative business model to achieve economic and social impacts.
