The LEADer – Dealing with a Downturn

The Fall 2015 issue of The LEADer, Dealing with a Downturn, is available at the LEAD Program Space. The issue looks at how boards can and have dealt with negative trends in a co-op's performance. 

Downturns include a sales growth drop, not meeting projections, and/or a decrease in cash or other indicators due to various factors. 

Included are comments by general managers and former board chairs. Two videos from the library of CDS Consulting Co-op examine current co-op market conditions and preparing for competition.
