Natural Harvest Food Co-op Expands

LHB Selected for Relocation Project in Virginia, MN
LHB has been selected to provide architectural and engineering services for the relocation and expansion of Natural Harvest Food Co-op in Virginia, Minnesota.
The co-op is relocating to Silver Lake between the Carpenters Labor Union Hall and Virginia Family Dental. The new 9,000 gross square foot space will include a classroom, deli and indoor and outdoor seating area. LHB is providing architectural, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering services. Construction is anticipated to begin near the end of 2016, with an expected opening in mid-2017.
LHB has been involved in several other co-op retail projects including Mississippi Market Natural Foods Co-op in St. Paul, the Seward Community Co-op Franklin Creamery Building and Friendship Store in Minneapolis, and Whole Foods Co-op’s Central Hillside and newly opened Denfeld stores in Duluth.
