There’s still time to register for the Third Annual Small and Strong Conference.

Please join Northcountry Cooperative Foundation on Saturday, November 11, 2017, for the Third Annual Small and Strong Conference, a one-day networking and training event for staff and board of small and startup food co-ops (under $3M in annual sales).

The conference will feature a variety of sessions led by industry experts and representatives from co-ops around the region, with a focus on the challenges and opportunities for small and rural food co-ops. Attendees will also have a chance to engage in informal conversations with consultants on topics of particular importance to their co-ops. The conference will include a special track for startup food co-ops. See link at the bottom of this email for workshop details and registration info.

This conference is being presented by the Northcountry Cooperative Foundation (NCF) in collaboration with Cooperative Development Services (CDS), Shared Capital, Food Co-op Initiative (FCI) and the University of Wisconsin Center for Cooperatives (UWCC).

Please share this information with interested staff and board members at your co-op.  We encourage every co-op to bring multiple attendees to the conference.

If you’re interested in a scholarship to cover the cost of registration, contact me (Tom Guettler).
