Brand Manager

First Alternative Co-op seeks a motivated individual with a strong brand and marketing background, to manager our Marketing Department. Expertise in graphic art, design and online media is highly desired.

The Brand Manager will work directly with the General Manager and the Administrative Leadership Team to coordinate effective, revenue-generating marketing strategies for both stores.

The Brand Manager will directly supervise the Marketing Department and is responsible for all marketing efforts which include strategic planning, budgeting, advertising, publicity, Owner and community outreach, in-store promotions and the overall look and feel of both stores.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail marketing experience, advanced computer skills in applicable promotions and design software, excellent oral and written communication skills and previous supervisory experience. The selected candidate must obtain a Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Server Card after hire date.

This will be an Exempt/Full-Time, salaried position. Must be available to work some weekends and evenings.

Starting pay is dependent on experience and will be determined at hire.
