Twin Cities Co-op Partners (TCCP) is a local food co-operative with a strong national reputation as a leader in the local food movement. The business is comprised of two full-service grocery stores (The Wedge and Linden Hills Co-ops), a market and café (Wedge Table), an organic wholesale produce distributor (Co-op Partners Warehouse), a wholesale kitchen/bakery, and a catering business.

TCCP was created as a business entity in 2017 after the owners of the Wedge and Linden Hills Community Co-ops voted to consolidate with each other. It has grown into a $70M organization supported by over 23,000 owners, feeding the local economy and providing fair wages and benefits to over 400 employees.

Our Mission is “To build community by developing a strong local food system.” The mission is rooted in the belief that providing access to real food made by real people makes a difference in our lives, our neighborhood and for our planet. We strive to provide our owners, shoppers, farmers/producers, employees, co-ops and broader neighborhood, city and regional community with:

  • Access to a welcoming and convenient market to buy/sell healthy, trusted products and services emphasizing delicious local and organic food;
  • Leadership and active participation in strengthening the local food system, providing a forum for learning and engagement;
  • A pioneering model of a sustainable, profitable cooperatively owned business; and

  • An inclusive environment that serves our diverse community

What sets Twin Cities Co-op Partners apart is the way we directly cultivate and sustain a local economy right in our own community: Minneapolis and the Upper Midwest. When you spend dollars as a Wedge or Linden Hills owner, they stay in local farm fields and commercial kitchens around the corner. With involvement in food retail, distribution, and production, TCCP touches many parts of the food system. We are an organization that supports innovation, and we want to continue to be at the forefront of driving new food trends and innovation in the food system.
