Oryana Community Co-op is seeking a Front End Manager to support the team (Cashiers, Baggers, and Customer Service staff) at our West location in providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring safe transaction handling. The ideal candidate will have management and cash-handling experience in a retail environment.

Oryana is a two store retail grocery co-op located in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan. Oryana West is our second location that was acquired in 2020 with a loyal and growing following. We have 180 staff total between the two stores, with a sales goal of $32 million for 2021. Our mission is to provide high quality food options with an amazing Oryana experience!
