The Store Manager is a newly created position which reports to the General Manager.  The work includes managing safety & security and sustainability efforts including recycling, garbage, energy efficiency, supplies and store cleaning. The Store Manager serves as Manager on Duty 5 days per week and supervises the Member and Customer Services Department Manager and the Manager on Duty Team.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week position. 

The minimum wage for this position is currently $23.60/hour after a 90 Day Trial Period. Maximum is negotiable and dependent upon education and experience.

  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including experience with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • 5 years of retail management experience and Bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of experience and education.
  • Must recognize and embrace Three Rivers Market’s standards, values, and principles.
  • Must possess computer skills including familiarity with point of sale systems.
  • Must possess communication skills including technical writing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and to push/pull heavy loads.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple demands, work under time pressures, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and grow to meet the changing requirements of the job.
